Mediation services are available via Zoom Pro Video Conferencing ONLY, unless special circumstances arise.

Half and full days are available, Monday through Friday, for CIRCUIT CIVIL cases only.      

For a half day mediation, the morning session begins at either 9:00, 9:30 or 10:00 am with the afternoon sessions starting at 1:00, 1:30 or 2:00 pm. Full day mediations can begin at any time.   

Rates:

The standard rate is $650.00 per hour for all case types to be split evenly among the parties unless another agreement is reached. This rate includes pre-mediation Court file review and filing of the appropriate Court Report, if applicable. There are no administrative fees.

There is a three (3) hour minimum charge for half day mediations and a six (6) hour minimum charge for all day mediations, both with a one (1) week enforced cancellation policy. Reminders will be sent out. Respectfully, there are NO exceptions to a cancellation fee being assessed equally to the parties if lesser notice is given.

Billing is by invoice subsequent to the mediation taking place.
